Return & Refund Policy
At QAWAFI, we want every fragrance experience to feel personal, luxurious, and satisfying. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unopened

In its original packaging

In the same condition that you received it

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, sprayed, used, or damaged fragrance products cannot be returned, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used perfumes

Sample sets or discovery sets, if opened

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items returned without prior approval
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as QAWAFI is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different fragrance, size, or product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order after your return is approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the package if the item meets our return requirements.
