Free shipping may be available on eligible orders, depending on current promotions or order value.

Shipping Area

QAWAFI currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

QAWAFI is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

QAWAFI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier office first.

If the package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you with the next steps.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
